Therapeutic Approaches
I use evidence-based approaches, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Our work focuses on building awareness, developing acceptance and psychological flexibility, strengthening self-esteem, and building practical skills to help you navigate life transitions and thrive in your daily life.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
CBT is a structured, skills-based approach that focuses on how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected. We begin by building awareness of automatic thoughts and how they influence how you feel and respond. From there, we work on developing more helpful ways of thinking and behaving, which can improve emotional regulation and reduce distress.
The Therapeutic Relationship
A strong therapeutic relationship is a central part of effective therapy. Research consistently shows that the quality of this relationship plays a significant role in treatment outcomes across different approaches.

In our work together, I prioritize creating a space grounded in trust, collaboration, and mutual respect. Your experiences are met with empathy and compassion, in a way that feels non-judgmental and supportive. This creates the foundation for open exploration, deeper understanding, and meaningful, lasting change.
