Chanah Czarka LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
I approach therapy as a collaborative and thoughtful process that makes space for honesty, reflection, and growth.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience providing virtual therapy to adults in New York and New Jersey. I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions.

My approach is evidence-based and draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). We focus on building self-understanding, emotional awareness, and practical skills you can use in everyday life, while also exploring how past experiences and patterns may be shaping how you respond today. Sessions move at your pace so the process feels supportive and workable for you.

What matters most to me is creating a space where you feel heard, supported, and able to make meaningful progress in a way that feels sustainable.
